The wire service also provided a lead-in script which a local anchor could read as a voice over to introduce the interview with Lou Jacobs (SOF--sound on film--in film/video jargon.) Thus the absence of audio during the first 15 seconds or so. One of the few times I've heard Jacobs' voice, and a great blow-off gag.
