Yes it is from Carson and Barnes, The ringmaster is "Junior" and he was on Royal Palace circus for almost 15 years. The two shorter clowns are from Peru and this is their 3 year on the show. They filled the spots left vacant by Henry, and Tomaleto, current clownies on Ringling blue, and Alex here with me on Red. The taller clown is none other than Melvino!
