THE REBERTIS: Hollywood Palace, 1966

From Raffaele de Ritis

From Raffaele...
The magnificient Rebertis Italian comedy acrobats, on Hollywood Palace (January 10, 1966, host Elizabeth Mongomery of "Bewitched").

I think they are the Faggioni brothers, one of them being Roberto Faggioni, actual owner of Circo Americano in Spain.

Comments are welcome for better information.

  2. SORRY!!!
I was completely wrong, confusing the Robertis for an omonymous act of the same era.

    From Frank Bogino:
"They are the Bertolaccini family: Fernando (father), and Riccardo and luciano (sons). Luciano being one of the best tumblers ever, with a unique class. They arrived on Ringling in '48. After 2 years, they worked in center ring for several other circuses and shrines as a trio. Later they went at ther Stardust, becoming croupiers there.
The father passed away few yars ago, the sons being still there".

    Thanks alot, Frankie...

  3. Isn't it actually "The Rebertis", either way this performance in no way comes near showing the talent of these guys. They have to rank high among the top "Knock About, Tumbling Acts" of all times.
Some where on Yesterday's Towns I have them doing some backyard tumbling that will blow your mind.

their name is exactly the Rebertis, and this is barely the half of their full act. Thank you.
