The clowns are indeed the Fernandos from Holland and appeared with Billy Smarts Circus at Richmond Park, London in the 1990's
Indeed so. The act is no more, the father (the auguste) having retired a few years ago.
It was a very good entrèe up to the early 90s, i saw them many times live, and with a wide career in some of the best European circuses.
