I remember my mother taking me to see a reissue of Mary Poppins at the Madison Twin Cinema when I was very small specifically to see this scene. "You're going to LOVE this part!" she told me just before it started. And she was right.
To this day I can't understand why the movie was about Mary, Bert or the children when Uncle Albert was clearly the more interesting character.
