Actually, Billy presented this as a feature in the show. He selected two children; the boy received a 6 ft. ostrich and the girl a rainbow. I just stepped in at the last minute to announce and take the act off, Billy always got a big hand.
Several times a week a child would be playing with their balloon creation and seek out Billy after the show to do repairs. Whether the balloon need a little fixing or it had to be completely remade, Billy would always take the time to work his magic.
The act was presented in silence with appropriate music, it got "ohhs" and "ahhs" from the crowd who had never seen such elaborate balloon art.
Yes, we are moving part of the operation to Sarasota. Our oldest daughters, Katie (29) and Margaret (24) will run the New York office. I share the girls' ages because so many show folks know them from when they were little kids.
