It probably is,because as far as I can remember they never had al those nice artists togheter on stage. Normally they have one or two headliners and then some local talent. In this video there seems to be only class acts or legends.

I'm not sure but I think that it's a compilation of footage gathered over several years of the festival.
Still, an extremely impressive list of artists.
