This picture couldn't have been taken after April of 1965.
And just what kind of a world did we live in where a circus press photo of Pat Valdo also contains Paul Jung holding a gun to Prince Paul's head?
I believe that the other clown is one of Jung's pals, either Myron Orton or Harry Nelson

Myron Orton is an uncle (I believe) to William (Buckles) Woodcock.
Buckles would remark with a smile that, "My family was in the circus business when the Ringling Brothers were still wearing wooden shoes."
