Pat, I attach a photo a friend sent me from Bandwagon....while the caption says Slivers is in white, the makeup on the far left sure looks like Slivers's. What say you? Jon Pult
While the white costume with the boat hat and the large bare feet definitely did belong to Slivers, that's not him wearing it.
I'd have to say that you are correct, Francis "Slivers" Oakley is the clown on the far left.
