A strange photo from Graham Coco's MySpace page of his dad from some period either in the very late 50s or the very early 60s. Dig them fancy duds!

Hmmm, I'm taking a guess at this one. Looks like a younger Mike, perhaps his early days with RBBB, could be production wardrobe, but it really doesn't look like RBBB production wardrobe. Or could be an earlier photo of him with Mills Brothers Circus, who brought him to the USA in the 50's I believe. Mike did a interview where he transormed himself from a civilian into "Coco", using a burnt match stick for some of the black highlights. This was on the David Frost Show; I didn't see the show but my great-aunt Kate told me all about it the following day. I was already in bed because it was a school night and she didn't want to call and wake me up. I'm guessing very late 60's or early 70's.
Wake me up? Are you kidding? When the Greatest Show on Earth was on the LATE,LATE SHOW, (or something like that) I would set my alarm for 2,3 or 4 AM and set the volume at the lowest possible level and sit real close to the TV in my room and enjoy the Grandest of it all. This was in the Dark Ages, when I was a teen before VHS, DVD and all that jazz. That's how I frittered away my youth.
