Thanks go out this morning to The Big Apple Circus (and particularly to our host Mr. Don Covington) for a wonderful time yesterday.
Shane got to shake hands with Grandma, Fumagalli and Daris and I was a ringside participant in the Busy Bee entree. Were Fumagalli performing the entree as he does in Europe I'm sure that I would have been drenched.
We then had lunch with Matthew Pauli who left the Applebees parking lot by tipping his hat, jumping onto the cresent moon and magically flying back to the lot in a cloud of whimsy dust*.

Having seen Fumagalli work the act in Europe many times, I can assure you that you would not have been drenched. A little water may have come your way for sure. Even more if he'd known you. More still if he realised that you were a clown. That's the way we all react, surely.
