There are a lot of people that I need to thank for their assistance in making this year's award ceremony a reality but one person in particular really deserves to be singled out... Mr. Victor Ruiz.

This is not victor. It is a clown named Anthony Chicino. They both had a glitter nose and very similar Makeups. I had the pleasure of working with Both. Mitch Freddes
Be advised that this is not Victor Ruiz or Anthony Chicino. it is Herberto Ledesma CC 1976 He did for a while use Mr Anthony Chicino make up for many years i hope i have cleared up the mystery thanks Victor Ruiz CC76 HE WAS A GRET FAN OF CHINO AS EVERYONE KNEW AND CHINO DID NOT MIND AS HE WAS NOT ON THE SHOW SINCE 1977 HE WAS A TEACHER AT CLOWN COLLEGE IN 1976
