For those who do not know, Pat Cashin, the namesake and creator of this blog, passed away unexpectedly over six months ago. His friends are putting together a comedy variety show dedicated to him on April 8 in New Jersey. Here is the rundown:

Please note that this school has a special place in our hearts - our kids each went there and Pat performed many times for them - they loved having him and he loved performing for all the kids there.
When Pat passed, they stepped up big time to help our family for the balance of last summer and we are eternally grateful for their kindness and generosity.
