The Beatty-Cole Alley always skewed towards neat whitefaces but, since an Alley with absolutely no augustes is unlikely, I'm going to guess that this is just the whiteface members of the 1985 Clyde Beatty-Cole Bros. Clown Alley.

The whiteface on the far right is Dave Berman. He went to Clown College in 82 and was on Red for two years I believe.
The woman in the back to the right of Mike Snyder is Dave Berman's wife I believe. Maybe Nancy?
