When Pio would perform in another country he told me he would write all of his verbal comedy phoneticly so he could tape it inside of his hat and read it to the audience. It worked pretty well too... except for the time he put the German script in his hat when he played Isrial.

so this is possibly just a joke from pio
and when he performed in another country he spoke as less posible.
