My friend Shane Hansen (he says he thinks he was 12 at the time, but he looks a lot younger) getting last minute instructions before assisting Mike Polakovs with the Painters and Decorators gag.He grew up learning a lot about circus comedy and today is probably the best straight man that a clown could hope to work off of in any American circus.

It's vaguely relevant to report the death of Ali Hassani (83) who was married to Mike's sister Tamara, who pre-deceased them both. In the earlier years, Tamara did a trampoline act with her 2 brothers.
