I don't know anything about the act, tbicycle rider or the clown on the lower left but the clown in the lower right is Lillian Leitzel's uncle, the very funny Bluch Landolf.
Gary Payne, the tireless CFA member who fights the Animal Rights Fanatics, is president of the Landolf Tent in Conn; I'm sure he'd have some info on this photo.
