I am still a beginner, and I know my work is not the best me. Occasionally I achieve the response I am proud of and I own it. There is alot of times where I feel I don't measure up. What keeps me going are the occasions where I do achieve the full measure. But I always get what I deserve. If I put alot in, I tend to get the response I desire. If I give it 95%, then usually I wind up disappointed. I seem to produce and achieve the internal and external rewards when 110% is expended. You get what you pay for. I really like the way this concept is defined by Ira Glass. Keith Karas
