I have no idea who these clowns are, but I can tell you that Hein was a show in the former East Germany, before unification.
Yes, it was one of the only two private East circuses there. Virtualli impossible to know the names (especially thousand miles away from my archives), but car and charachters seems a perfect copy of the Barios.
