It's my understanding that Slava appeared in Alegria and arranged performance rights to his material when he left.
At one point in New York recently, Slava was off-Broadway, AGA-BOOM (former proteges who he had worked on Alegria) were at the New Victory Theater AND Cirque's Alegria was at Randall's Island all at the same time.

sorry for my ignorance but is this an existing show...it had the exact same coreography as alegria.
