Being far from "great", and not yet "of the past", I am extremely flattered to be included in this wonderful collection of clowns. My apologies to all the truly great circus clowns of the past who's reputations have been sullied by my inclusion in this here blog. Thank you, Patric, you really did make me feel special on my birthday!
Rik "Bonzo Crunch" Gern P.S. That first picture was my Clown College graduaton photo, and all I can say is, thank goodness I never had to wear that ghastly wig in public. I traded it to Max Richardson for a unicycle, and it was one of those win-win trades where we both walked away muttering "Sucker!".
