Last night after dinner, we went to the movies. While waiting to buy the tickets, I noted I now qualified for their 'senior discount" (55+). My inner-cheapskate was tickled and my inner-child sulked a little. eh heh heh, yehhh.
Mark. About a month ago, I went to my native Isle of Wight, which journey entails taking a ferry across The Solent. The guy at the booking office asked, "Are you over....?", and hesitated. Not knowing if he was going to say 55 or 60, I told him to continue. He said, "60". I said I wasn't. He asked if I'd like to pretend to be for the day! My inner cheapskate won!!!
